At Panel Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please review our returns and refund policy below.
By placing an order with Panel Outlet, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
Any damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@panel-outlet.com.
Please include your order number, clear photographs of the damage or issue, and details of the affected items.
Failure to report damage or shortages within 24 hours may affect our ability to process a replacement, refund, or courier claim.
Please do not install damaged products, as installed items will be considered accepted and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
30-Day Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- items must be unused and uninstalled,
- items must be in their original packaging,
- products must be in resalable condition,
- proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that are damaged, used, cut, altered, or not returned in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:
- special order items,
- made-to-order products,
- clearance or discontinued products,
- cut-to-size or customised products,
- installed products.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@panel-outlet.com.
Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Return Approval
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorisation.
Step 3: Packaging & Return Shipping
Returned goods must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow several working days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items subject to stock availability.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures will apply.
Special-order or customised products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.
Important Installation Notice
We strongly recommend checking all products thoroughly before installation.
Panel Outlet cannot accept responsibility for labour costs, installation costs, or consequential losses relating to products that have been installed prior to being inspected.
