UK Delivery Services
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days
- Delivery charge: £39.95 flat rate
- Free standard delivery on orders over £500
Express / Priority Delivery

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, promotions, bank holidays, or seasonal demand, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom.
Please note that standard delivery exclusions apply to the following postcode areas:
BT, AB, DD8-DD11, IV, PA, PH, PO30-PO41, HS, KW, ZE, IM, JE, GY, TR, LD, SA19-SA73, SY17-SY25
Additional delivery charges may apply to these locations. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether your postcode is affected.
Delivery Information
All deliveries must be made to a valid physical address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or APO/FPO addresses.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Please note that deliveries are typically made kerbside only, customers may be required to assist with unloading larger orders where access is restricted, and someone must be available to accept and inspect the delivery upon arrival.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.
Please note that some pallet or specialist courier deliveries may have limited tracking availability.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is believed to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date by emailing info@panel-outlet.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number, photographs of any damage, and details of the issue.
Failure to report damage or shortages within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim with the courier.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, traffic or transport delays, supplier issues, and high seasonal demand.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Charges
Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information, restricted property access, missed delivery appointments, or nobody being available to receive the order.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges will apply.
